I pulled up to the drive-thru with cranky and energetic kids in the back (it was new years day after all), and gave her my order. The barista was so kind, and anticipated all my needs: Straws, small cups, warmed-not hot cocoa, etc. It was wonderful, she was so polite, and I left saying how much I appreciated her service and left a large tip. I'll definitely be stopping by again :)March 01, 2017
